Depending on the chemistry of the cells and the design required, we use different assembly technologies, including resistance welding and fully automated laser welding.
From 2005 we have been official Panasonic distributors and assemblers: a prestigious collaboration, which allows us to offer the highest quality batteries, recognized worldwide.

How we work
Quality and safety are an integral part of our processes: each activity is carried out in strict compliance with the most demanding regulations and industrial standards.
Our technical office, equipped with an internal laboratory, guarantees accurate development of the products, all carefully tested directly on site. We have invested in several test machines, capable of operating over a wide range of voltages and currents — from 5V 1A up to 80V 40A and 125A - which we use daily for the testing of single cells and battery packs.
Most of the production volume is made in-house, within our assembly area. This allows us to be extremely flexible with customer requests and to offer concrete added value to the finished product.
We pay the utmost attention to quality and safety, operating in full compliance with current regulations. The environment is also at the heart of our policies: we use eco-friendly materials for our packaging and are committed to optimizing production cycles and resource use.
